- Advance Placement (AP) Cross Country Workshop
Foundation Running Camp is offering an Advanced Placement (AP) Cross Country Workshop, covering the latest in the science of training for practice and competition. This course is designed for the higher performing athletes in competition or the athletes that have a true desire about learning the art and science behind their training and how to potentially excel in the future. Campers who complete the course will earn a Certificate of Achievement.

Do you have what it takes to be the captain of your team? Campers in this program will learn what it takes to be a leader by developing effective communication skills and learning important steps involved in the decision making process. They will also conquer the “Ropes Course” while learning the value of teamwork through High Adventure activities. Campers who complete the course will earn a Certificate of Achievement that will qualify as community service. (A $25.00 fee applies.)
- Sports Medicine Internship
Foundation XC Camp will be running a Sports Medicine Internship Program for students entering grades 9-12. The campers will gain insight into the field of sports medicine and athletic training along with many others careers in the Health Care Industry. Campers enrolled in this introductory program will get hands-on experience on prevention, recognition, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. The group will meet every day for 1 hour, as well as assist the training staff before and after runs. Campers who complete the course will earn a Certificate of Achievement. (A $25.00 fee applies.)
